-
Delivery times are estimates only. While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
-
In some cases, fraud or security checks may delay dispatch. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly.
3. Delivery Charges
We charge a delivery fee of 160 rands for all orders within Gauteng that weigh less than 40kg.
4. Delivery Tracking
At present, real-time tracking is not available for orders.
5. Receipt and Signature

Custom-made mats – Must be signed for in person at the delivery address.
-
Standard stock items – Normally do not require a signature.
Our courier will notify you in advance if a signature is required for your order.
6. Additional Delivery Attempts
If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will make at least one more attempt to deliver your order.
7. Collection
If your products remain undelivered after repeated attempts, the courier will leave a collection notice with instructions and a time limit for collecting your order.
8. Delivery Issues
If you experience problems with your delivery, please contact us using the details published on our website.
If delivery fails due to circumstances within your control, and you do not collect the products within the required timeframe, we may arrange a re-delivery but reserve the right to charge the actual cost of re-delivery (even where the original delivery was free).
